By focusing some Chakra to his irises, the user is able to increase the efficiency of his sight. For as long as he concentrates, the user nullifies the distance penalty to spot checks for a distance up to the range of the technique. While his sight is increased on a long range, he takes a -2 penalty to spot checks and attack rolls with thrown weapons against any creature or object within 20 feet.
