Chiyokubou no Jutsu (Bloodlust Technique)
Genjutsu (Compulsion) [Mind-Affecting]
Rank: 8 (B-Class);
Range: Close (10 ft. + 5 ft./7 chakra spent);
Area: 30-foot radius emanation (S);
Target: 1 creature per level;
Duration: 1 round;
Saving Throws: None or Int negate (see text);
Chakra Resistance: Yes;
Chakra Cost: 7.

This powerful Genjutsu seeps deeply into the mind of its targets, waking the more feral instincts of a creature and instilling a powerful blood-lust in them. Every target of this technique must succeed a Int save or indulge to the blood-lust and automatically attack the nearest creature, regardless of its status or strength until it dies or the duration expires. In addition, any creature falling prey to this technique gain a +2 morale bonus to Int saves and Strength scores for the duration of the technique. Because the strong instincts are interfering with their concentration, the affected creatures will not be able to use any abilities that require patience or concentration. Creatures with an Intelligence score of 5 or lower do not get a save to resist this technique.
