This technique completely disrupts the target's sense of balance, making it much more difficult to perform normal, everyday tasks. The subject, if it fails its int save, must make a Concentration check (DC 11) for the duration to avoid being dazed, in which case it suffers a -4 penalty to attack rolls and ability checks for the duration of the technique. This technique is a sound-based illusion and deaf creatures are not affected by it.
