By focusing his chakra, the user is able to convert it into electricity and control it. Using this technique, the user will emit a strong burst of electricity in a dome designed to kill all surrounding enemies. A creature caught in the burst radius suffers 25 points of electricity damage. A creature caught in a blast is allowed a reflex save to take only half damage. If this technique is used on water, the area is doubled, as long as the water covers the area.
