The user spits out small fireballs at one or more creatures. The targeted creature must make a Dex save to avoid taking 25 points of fire damage for each seed it was targeted with. If a creature was hit by at least one seed it catches on fire unless it succeeds an additional Dex save (only once).

Empower
The character can spend 1 additional point of chakra per seed to increase the damage by 5. This cannot be done for individual seeds, and all must be empowered at once.
