Using this technique, the user focuses a large amount of Chakra into the already active weapon seal on the weapon to increase the potency of the cold produced by it. On the next attack which he deals damage with the weapon, the attack will deal an additional 25 points of piercing damage and 25 points of cold damage, as well as force the enemy to make a Str save to avoid being encased in ice and immobilized for the next 1d4+1 rounds or until it succeeds a Strength check (DC 20) to free itself as a full-round action.
