The user makes a series of extremely fast, incredibly subtle attacks as he moves through a crowd of opponents.

The user is able to move forward 30 feet as part of this technique. In a 15-ft. wide, 30-ft. long line based from the user's starting point, he is able to make a single attack against one creature per 9 chakra spent, and may not hit a single creature more than once (maxium 15).

The attacks cannot score a critical hit. He provokes no attacks of opportunity from moving through a threatened area with this technique.

The user must have a Speed of 50 or higher to use this technique. The user may decide to shorten the line of effect at will (and thus the distance he will move from using this technique).
