Using this technique, the user will teleport the touched creature anywhere within Medium range with the same limitations as Dimension Shift Technique concerning concrete objects and damage suffered. The touched creature gets a Int save to resist the teleportation if it wishes to and cannot be teleported underground if there is no place for it to appear.
