Following the principle of Raishuriken no Jutsu, this mid-level Raiton has the user throw a sphere-shaped lightning bomb which, obviously, explodes upon contact, sending electrical discharge to creatures around. Every creature caught in the area of effect suffers 50 points of electricity damage, which can be halved with a successful Dex save. If the user attempts to throw the sphere through a narrow passage, he must hit the opening with a ranged touch attack or see the bomb detonate prematurely.
