Leaf Floating Exercise

This training exercise will build your chakra control. To do this exercise the character will take a leaf and place it in there hand. S/he will then focus chakra to there palm under the leaf causing it to lift up into the air and float above the characters hand. This is not easy as the leaf is fairly small and the character has to focus the chakra to the right amount. To much chakra and the leaf will fly away, to little chakra and the leaf will not even lift off your hand. If you are doing this training please do not do this:

Zero walks over and picks up a leaf from the ground. Placing the leaf in his hand he focuses chakra to his palm causing the leaf to float.
