Nigeki is the second of a three-part combination used as a sure-kill technique.

This technique can only be used after using Igeki with the same weapon on the same
target in the last 3 rounds. The user makes an attack with his held weapon and a second at -5. The attacks deal weapon damage plus 10 on a successful hit and force the target to make a Str save to avoid being stunned for 1 round, and a second save to avoid suffering 7 points of damage.

The additional damage are not multiplied on a critical hit.
