This technique will instantly cure the touched creature and dispel all blindness, daze, deafness, disease, exhaustion, fatigue, nausea, paralysis, poison and stun effects. In addition, the target will be cured of all temporary ability damage to a single ability score, and 4 points of permanent ability damage or ability drain, to the same score. The target also gains 10 temporary hit points. If the user is under the effect of a condition named above, or suffers ability damage or ability drain, he suffers a -10 penalty to perform checks.
