Clan History: This Clan was always a strong and Honored clan, having some of the strongest ninjas, but a mysterious plague fell across the lands. The plague killed many, affecting the young the worst. It's affects would lead to a devastating outcome in the new generation.

Clan's Secret Techniques or Bloodline traits

Traits
Naigan (Dead-Eyes)
This clans bloodline is one of the rarest, seeing as it has only just arisen over the past few years. It Strips the user of their sight permanently but it allows the user to see vibrations and heightens their sense of sound. It also does not allow them to experience most Genjutsu, and some Ninjutsu attacks that require one to look into another's eyes.



-Population- Class E
Though the Clan itself is fairly large between 50-100 members, the actual Blood Line Traits only show up in a select few every generation ranging from 3-10 members may be born with the traits.
-Profession-Government/Guards/Performers
Most elders of the clan hold seats in the government and the younger generations work in other services such as guards/police/patrols. Some members have even found a home in performing as blind artist.


Clan Information: The Members of this clan after the Plague had hit the clan all tended to have the same problem, when they where born they all tended to have illness and difficulties with their eyes. This being said, in the time of the great war, it seemed that they where a dying clan and would soon face loosing their ninja ways and rank. But all hope was not lost as the clan members could still apparently see, in some shape and form.

They all said that any kind of sound would send off vibrations. As the vibrations spread they were able to see their surrounding, with a Sonar type of effect.
This proved to be a great feat, this turned their weakness into a strength and due to their Blindness all of their other senses increased. Their sense of hearing increased the most as it was said their ears are comparable to a dogs.
A new age has arise for this once noble clan, as it's students soon began training, as the head clan member's son was affected by this illness, he began to practice with his son day and night , as he trained to become a ninja. His father taught him and the whole clan some fundamental jutsu that would turn their illness into their greatest power and strength.

-Clan Founder- Bando "Naigan" Hajime was the first to develop the Naigan traits after the plague affected the lands. With his hollow ghostly vacant eyes he was nicknamed Naigan and eventually the clan became known as the Naigan clan.


Training
Most training takes place at the age of 5, due to the intensity and how hard it is to become a ninja when your are blind. The training takes place in large rooms where bells hang from the ceiling and games like hide and seek, tag, etc. take place.


Justsu: The clan leader is known for incorporating their traits into his fighting style and has created most of them himself.

Tabi Tame Heru -(Journey Threw Purgatory)- This is Possibly the strongest and most useful Jutsu of the Clan. This is a secret jutsu that the clan leader created for his clan to give them the advantage in battle. It covers an entire area in a dome of pure darkness to eliminate you're enemy's eye sight and impair judgment. Though this is a very powerful jutsu it last a very short time, as it takes allot of chakra.
NOTE: If the user is hit at any point in time during this jutsu it is automatically canceled.

Purusu Sensa-(Heart tracker)- A jutsu developed by Brera Hajime in a game of hide and seek!. By striking the opponent in the chest the ninja is able to accurately hear and track down their enemy

Jishin Rensei Hira -(Epicenter Drilling Palm)- This is the most advanced offensive jutsu this clan posses. The user will concentrate an immense amount of chakra into their body usually their hands or feet. After they have enough chakra concentrated they will jump into the air and strike down at the ground. The immense amount of chakra will travel downward into the ground creating a spiral pulling down everything in the center of the attack. Everything away from the center will experience a massive shock wave.

Fighting Style

Ryuushutsu Yurasu -(Outward Quake Fighting style)- This is the clans unique fighting style, it focuses their chakra to the wrist of the user then at the point of impact, when they hit an enemy it creates a small shock wave threw their body. This is helpful in allowing them to see, but also it allows them to disrupt their enemies organ functions slightly. As the battle prolongs the effects will only worsen.

-Clan Politics-Leaders-

Those who inherit the traits are considered to be gems of the clan and are often set in arranged marriages to keep their political power and to even experiment their bloodline evolution with. The clan is not restricted to one nation and lives as allies to many, manly Hidden Rock/leaf/Sand.
The clan is very political and also very proud, though they don't show off their "gems" so to speak and keep the abilities of their bloodline very secretive. Most who have the bloodline act as special nin/hunter nin/scouts for their ability to sense others in the area.
