Uchiha Clan

The Uchiha clan was once considered to be one of the most powerful clans in Konohagakure, but is now almost extinct after the events of the Uchiha Clan Massacre.

History:
Founding
The Uchiha clan descended from the elder of the two sons entrusted by the Sage of the Six Paths with his power and will. When it came time for the Sage to chose a successor, he questioned the two on what course of action they would follow to bring order to the world. The elder believed that might was the way to bring peace, while the younger believed love was the way. The Sage favored the ideal of the younger brother, and therefore designated the younger as his successor, causing the elder to be filled with jealousy and hatefulness. From the younger boy descended the Senju clan who would be the eternal rivals of the Uchiha.

Before the founding of the ninja villages, the Uchiha were one of the many mercenary clans for hire. Because of their Sharingan, the Uchiha clan came to be known as one of the two strongest clans, the second being the Senju clan. Madara Uchiha was particularly powerful, and, upon attaining the Mangekyō Sharingan, he took control of the clan. Under his leadership the Uchiha grew stronger, conquering whatever clans they came upon, such that, whenever the Uchiha clan was hired for a job, the opposing side would hire the Senju.

Konohagakure
Hashirama Senju, the leader of the Senju clan, grew tired of the endless fighting, and approached the Uchiha clan with a peace treaty. Madara feared that an alliance would lead the Uchiha to ruin, but his clan disagreed, and he was forced to accept. The two clans came together to form Konoha, with Hashirama being selected as Hokage. Madara believed that this was proof that the Uchiha would be made subservient to the Senju, but his clan saw this only as his attempt to rekindle the flames of war. They turned their backs on him, and he defected. Following Madara's betrayal, the Second Hokage gave the Uchiha control of the Konoha Military Police Force as a sign of trust. According to Madara, this was really just a way of keeping the Uchiha in check and out of Konoha's governing affairs. Over the years, some Uchiha, such as Setsuna, have figured out this motive's true meaning, and tried to rebel against the village as Madara did, but they find that it was too little, too late to make a difference, as the Senju had already completely suppressed the Uchiha.

Massacre
Decades later, after the Nine-Tails' Attack on Konoha, Konoha began to suspect that an Uchiha was behind the attack. The Uchiha were relocated to a corner of the village so that they could be more easily monitored. The Uchiha interpreted this as confirmation of what Madara had warned them of years earlier, and began to plan overthrowing the village. One Uchiha, Itachi, disagreed with the coup d'état, and informed Konoha's leadership of what the Uchiha were up to. The Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi, tried to negotiate for a more peaceful approach. This failed, and to prevent an uprising that would create another war, Itachi was ordered to wipe out the Uchiha.

Itachi spared only one Uchiha: his younger brother, Sasuke. Sasuke would spend the next few years trying to avenge their family by killing Itachi, something Itachi had planned for from the very beginning. Once accomplishing this goal, Sasuke learned that Madara was also still alive. Madara told Sasuke about the Uchiha's history and why Itachi had wiped out the Uchiha, prompting Sasuke, with Madara's help, to resolve to destroy Konoha.

Rebirth
Since Sasuke was the last of the Uchiha he felt he had to rebuild his clan and married Sakura. The two of them had many children.

After being reduced to one clan member, Sasuke, the clan has made a great come back. This is due to Sasuke and Sakura having 20 kids , many of which were girls. In the years since the clan has grown in leaps and bounds with each of the 14 girls having 3 kids each and the 6 boy's having 2 kids each, Sasuke and Sakura had 54 grand kids. The new generation of Uchiha are the children of these 54 grand kids and of these there stands one Uchiha of note, Zero. Currently there are a total of 72 Uchiha's and of these 72 only 15 have obtained the Sharingan.

Many of the clan members work as guards/police/patrols and those that obtain the Sharingan even make ANBU.

Abilities
The Uchiha were infamous for their highly powerful chakra, exceptionally strong techniques, and natural aptitude for anything combat-related. The clan possessed a proficiency in fire jutsu, having created several and using them more skillfully than any other. Their signature jutsu was the Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique. Clan members were not recognized as adults by the rest of the clan until they could successfully use this jutsu. The Uchiha were also highly known for their mastery of ninja tools. They themselves invented many shuriken techniques which required the use of thin metal wires, one example being the Windmill Triple Blades technique.

The Uchiha clan were most feared for their powerful Sharingan, a kekkei genkai which gives them the ability to see the "colors" of chakra, allowing them to analyze and copy their opponent's skills, along with a number of other abilities. Only a select few members of the Uchiha clan manifested the Sharingan. Due to their natural affinity for battle, and their proficiency with genjutsu, many ninjas considered it more tactically favorable to flee rather than face an Uchiha shinobi in one-on-one combat. Among the techniques granted by the Sharingan, the Izanagi is deemed to be forbidden, due to it rendering the user blind in exchange for temporarily turning their personal reality into an illusion. Though the clan was feared for their Sharingan, the eyes have also been transplanted into various characters outside the clan.

Madara discovered that, by the death of someone close to you, the Sharingan could be taken to its next level: the Mangekyō Sharingan. It gave the user great power, but slowly deteriorated their eyesight. Only by taking the eyes of a sibling could one's vision be restored. Itachi indicated that the intricacies of the Mangekyō Sharingan were only discovered after years of trial and error, implying that many Uchiha throughout history had made the attempt to gain the Mangekyō Sharingan.

If the character is blinded, he gains none of the benefits of the Sharingan. Unless caught flat-footed, the character cannot lose his Dexterity bonus to defense while the Sharingan is active.

Alright for tomoe's this is how it works:

• Tomoe 1 - You can be genin and can train for it by fighting and being put in a situation where you are going to die if you don't activate it.
  
  • This will give you High Speed Sight 1, allowing you to follow movements of your opponents that have 10 more speed than you.
    
  • You are also able to See Chakra by concentrating.
  
  
  
• Tomoe 2 - Chunin and Prodigy genin (must have genius nin feat) can activate by fighting a opponent who is faster than you, your eyes will adjust.
  
  • This gives you High Speed Sight 2, allowing you to follow movements of your opponents that have 20 more speed than you.
    
  • You can copy a jutsu used after the fight.
  
  
  
• Tomoe 3 - Same as Tomoe 2 except Jounin and Chunin this time. You must fight someone with Tomoe 3. Your eyes will advance to keep up. This will give you
  • High Speed Sight 3, allowing you to follow movements of your opponents that have 30 more speed than you.
    
  • You are able to predict movements of an opponent
    
  • You can copy jutsu while they do it, the Uchiha will perform the technique at the same time and they cancel each other out.
  
  
  
• Mangekyou Sharingan - You must have tomoe 3 and kill your sibling or best friend in a 3 page spar. (No there is no other way unless you explain it in detail and all the admins approve it)
  
  • This will give you High Speed Sight 4, Speed 40 points higher than you.
    
  • You have access to two legendary techniques that you choose when you get the Mangekyou. You may create these or you may learn Amaterasu, Kamui, or Tsukuyomi.
    
  • The third legendary ability is only learned once you fully master Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi. It is called Susanoo the Raging God of Battle.
    
  • Your able to learn Demonic Mirage: Mirror of Heaven and Earth.
    
  • You can See Chakra without needing to concentrate and is able to See
    Through Chakra while concentrating.
    
  • The Mangekyou Sharingan can be used up to 4 times per day safely. Each use after the fourth grants the character 1 point of Mangekyou Sharingan blindness.
    
  • Mangekyou Sharingan Blindness: Overuse of the Mangekyou Sharingan and use of certain techniques gives the character Mangekyou Sharingan blindness. Each point is cumulative, and has an effect depending on the number of points currently afflicting the character.
    
  • Each point of Mangekyou Blindness, after the first point, adds a cumulative -1 to attack, defense, dex checks, and dex saves. If you reach 10 or more points of Mangekyou Blindness you are completely blind and unable to use any Sharingan ability's and you suffer all penalties for being blind.
    
  • Mangekyou Sharingan blindness is only cured by absorbing the mangekyou eyes of another. Doing this will not only heal your blindness but also give you Eternal mangekyou.
    
  
  
  
• Eternal Mangekyou/Custom - The primary way of obtaining this is by absorbing another pair of mangekyou sharingan eyes. Doing so allows the character to immediately gain the previous mangekyou sharingan's host's mangekyou techniques.
  
  • This will unlock two more hidden Mangekyou moves, you choose when you obtain the Eternal Mangekyou.
    
  • The character can activate his Mangekyou Sharingan an additional 2 times per day safely and gains a low-light vision and a dark-vision 60 feet while it is active.
    
  • You also gain High Speed Sight 5, Speed 50 points higher than you.
    
  • The mangekyou sharingan always appears to be activated, though additional bonuses aren't granted.
    
  • Eternal light. (The character does not suffer mangekyou sharingan blindness penalties from using techniques (but still may from overuse of the ability), and can use mangekyou sharingan techniques even when the mangekyou sharingan isn't activated.).
  
  

Susanoo is a technique that creates a spiritual humanoid being. The spirit is gigantic and surrounds and protects the user. It is the third ability granted by the Mangekyō Sharingan, after Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi have been awakened. According to Madara Uchiha, for a Sharingan user to activate the Susanoo is a rarity.

Like the other techniques granted by the Mangekyō Sharingan, the user is strained while using Susanoo due to it to consuming copious amounts of their chakra. Sasuke described it as feeling pain in every cell in his body, as the depletion of chakra likely places stress on the cells that partially produce chakra. Susanoo is formed through the materialization of the user's chakra and as such it may differ in appearance between users. It begins by forming a large skeleton with muscle tissue around the user. Even in an imperfect state, the bones can act as armor for the user and it is capable of regenerating as long as the user has the energy to spare.

Itachi's version

Itachi's version was first shown in an incomplete skeletal form that managed to save Itachi from Sasuke's Kirin. It is able to turn into a humanoid being complete with skin, armor and a real face. It is further able to gain a layer of armor which resembles a yamabushi; in this final stage, it wields the sacred Yata no Kagami (Eight Span Mirror) as a shield in its left hand and the legendary Totsuka no Tsurugi (Ten Hands Long Sword) in its right hand. The mirror is considered one of the three sacred treasures and is endowed with all nature transformations, it can change its own characteristics depending on the characteristics of the attack it receives, making the technique ineffective. The sword, which is also known as the Sakenagi Longsword (Sakenagi no Tachi; Sake Cutter Longsword), is sheathed in a sake jar held by a third hand growing from Susanoo's right forearm. It is an ethereal weapon with an enchanted blade capable of sealing anything it pierces in a "world of drunken dreams" for all eternity. Orochimaru sought the sword, described as a perfect counter for his own Kusanagi Sword, and Zetsu commented that he could never find it because it doesn't actually have a physical form. Zetsu also said that the Totsuka Sword combined with the Yata mirror essentially makes Susanoo invincible, and it has thus been labeled as the "Raging God of Battle".

Sasuke's version

When Sasuke is first seen using Susanoo, he is only able to manifest its ribcage. Though useful as a defense, the Fourth Raikage proves to be able to snap the ribs or even bypass them and attack Sasuke directly. As his battle with the Raikage and his allies progresses, Sasuke begins further developing Susanoo as a large skeleton with some musculature on it, which envelops him more completely and includes giving it horns on its head and three hands that have six fingers on them. At this stage, Susanoo can use its fists or a chakra blade to attack but can still act as a defense for Sasuke. During his fight with Danzō Shimura, Sasuke is able to complete Susanoo, giving it the appearance of a demonic and evil-looking humanoid being and a bow that doubles as a shield. In this form, Susanoo can also produce chakra arrows from its right hands, which can travel at such speed that evading them is nearly impossible. While fighting Kakashi Hatake and driven by hate, Sasuke's Susanoo gains a layer of armor, similar to Itachi's, but with jagged sharp teeth around the hooded area and with a much darker and menacing appearance. The orb in its third hand also changes to a pitch-black color, while the bow in it's left hand also took on a different shape. This form was seen only briefly, though, as Sasuke's deteriorating eyesight caused it to fade away.

Sasuke's development of Susanoo is marked (albeit partially) by intense feelings of hatred; whenever angered by the words or actions of his opponents, Susanoo grows in power. His Susanoo is, accordingly, noted to be much darker in both in appearance and composition to Itachi's Susanoo. Bystanders have also noted how Sasuke's chakra seem to change and become "darker and colder" before and when he used this technique.
