| Okay, to prevent any signs of cheating of any kind, a chakra points system will be made and used by every member of this forum. The amount of chakra that you possess will depend on your rank, also please keep in mind that your chakra will increase by training and battle wins.
Also, most importantly, if your CP Meter goes down to zero or near-zero, you're in a serious and dangerous situation because you'll not be able to defend yourself and be paralyzed completely due to the lack of stamina. If you're chakra points are at ten or lower, you'd be best to retreat and once you're knocked out while retaining at least four chakra points, you're able to recover in a day. If you're knocked out with no chakra, you're to recover in three days. You cannot be knocked out if your chakra points are higher than 150 during battle or training. Here are the starting chakra points given to each rank:
Academy Student: 25
Genin: 50
Chunin/Police Enforcer: 100
Chunin Medic Ninja: 120
Root Ninja: 135 (Only at least Chunin level ninja can become part of the "Foundation".)
Special Jounin/Exam Proctor/Elite Tutor: 150
ANBU/Hunter-Nin: 170 (however if you're a Chunin you'd start out with the chakra points for Chunin level. If you're a Jounin, you'd start out with 190)
Jounin/Medic Ninja/Enforcer: 180
Missing Nin: 170 (depending on your rank as a Missing Nin: D- 80, C- 100, B- 170, A- 185, S- 210)
Group Member/Advisory Council: 200
Sannin: 210
S-rank Jounin/Sannin: 220
Kage/Village Leader: 250
Also keep in mind, the highest amount of chakra points that could be gained is 400, and only S-rank Missing Nin/Gorup Members or higher are allowed to do that. Even when increasing your chakra during training, you could only increase your chakra up to your incoming next rank(doesn't count towards Village Councilor level). For example: Genin who're trying to train to increase their chakra can only increase it up to 100, because that's their next rank.)
Also, to prevent extremely excessive use of jutsus when felt like it, a justu chakra usage system is also implented.
Amount of CP used for each rank of a jutsu:
E-rank: 1-2 D-rank: 2-3 C-rank: 4-5 B-rank: 6-7 A-rank: 8-9 S-rank: 9-10 (or beyond)
Kinjutsu, massive techniques capable of destroying parts or the entire village will cost way more even than normal S-rank techniques.
[Kage Bunshin costs seven chakra points to create per 1 - 5 clones]
Each Kage Bunshin will have only up to 20 Chakra Points in Them. If you have created four or lower, you can split your chakra evenly among them as so they have much more chakra.

| ((Training your Chakra))
Whenever you win a battle a dice will be rolled and whatever the outcome of the roll is that's how many chakra points you gain. And whenever you do a Training Post for gaining chakra a random generator will be a number one through ten and that will be how many chakra points you gain. 1 Training Post equals five lines across the screen. | |
