Using this technique, the user is able to alter the particles floating around in the air and create an effect very much akin to a rain of fire. Every creature that finds itself in the area of effect suffers 50 points of fire damage per round, Dex negates. The fiery rain will remain for as long as the user concentrates, will damage unattended objects and structures and will set fire to combustibles.
