Using his medical potential to his full extent, the user is able to reattach a lost limb to a living creature, as long as the limb was severed no later than a day ago. The limb will not be functional for 1d4+1 days afterward, and the target creature must succeed a Str save (DC 20) once the reconstruction is complete or suffer 1 point of permanent Constitution damage.

Material Focus: The target's limb to reattach and some of its hair to reconstruct the
severed muscles, arteries and ligaments.
