The user can target up to 1 square of rock or soft dirt per 2 extra chakra and fill that square with caltrops-like spikes (as caltrops, see equipment). Each square of caltrops has defense 11, 3 hit points and hardness 8. Each square can be dispelled individually, or all at once. The cost of filling each square is 4 chakra for 2 squares.
