This technique allows the user to spit out a large quantity of water to be used typically to douse small fires or in suiton techniques. The water lasts only for 3 rounds, and cannot be used to quench thirst, but is otherwise pure and drinkable.

Using this technique in a hot, dry environment (such as a desert) deals 12 points of damage to the user.
