This practical technique is used by the most skilled for many things: on themselves, to avoid leaking any information when tortured, on a guard, so they cannot cry for help, etc. Once the technique is ready, the hand will radiate a faint purple aura, a sign that the sealing Chakra is in action. By succeeding a melee touch attack, the user may seal away the target's ability to speak for the duration of the technique.

Just as though the vocal cords were missing, the victim may not scream, moan, mutter, or make any use of its vocal cords at all. This seal may be dispelled, and it disappears on the target's death. This technique uses a seal slot on the subject's body, which will be freed once the duration expires or is discharged.
