The subjects will be assaulted by a murder of crows if they fail to resist the technique. For one round, they will suffer a -10 penalty to Int checks, lose their dexterity bonus to Defense against the next attack and will need to make a Int check (DC 15) to use any skill that requires concentration or techniques. If the subject is attacked, the effects of the technique will fade immediately. The subject cannot be affected twice by this technique in an hour.
